About the owner ...

I have over 10 years experience in property maintenance, carpentry and handyman work.

I also have experience managing properties on behalf of landlords; from redecorating, contracting skilled labour and dealing with tenants issues.

I have full public liability insurance and I personally guarantee all the work I carry out.

I'm based in south Belfast and I work predominantly within the greater Belfast but I'm willing to travel further
I take great pride in my work and I will always be straight with you. I work by these principles:
  • If I think you need to get a builder, plumber or sparky in I'll tell you, 
  • If I can't help you myself I'll point you to someone who can,
  • If it's going to be cheaper for you to buy an off the shelf product or go elsewhere I'll tell you.
